Welcome!  Here you will find a variety (as the library builds) of guided meditation videos.  Perfect for when you just want to step away from life for 5-10 minutes, close your eyes and take a breath.  There will also be recordings of some Sound Bath sessions uploaded for when you need a mid month boost or if you can't make it to a session.All videos are available to hire for a 48 hour period, during which you can play them as many times as you wish. For a limited time guided meditation videos are free.
