Welcome to Kind Resonance
Kind Resonance is a heart-led wellbeing space based in Cheshire, offering calming sound bath sessions, Hatha yoga classes, seasonal workshops and online wellbeing practices to help you slow down, reconnect and simply be.
You’ll find in-person sound bath events in Holmes Chapel, Middlewich, Macclesfield and further afield, alongside weekly yoga classes in Allostock and occasional workshops designed to support rest, reflection and renewal.
For those times when you’d rather unwind from home, Kind Resonance also offers pre-recorded meditation and sound bath sessions, as well as Yoga at Home classes that you can enjoy in your own time, in your own space.
Everything I offer is rooted in compassion, inclusivity and community. My sessions are created as safe, nurturing spaces where you can arrive exactly as you are — no experience needed, no expectations to meet.
Whether you’re craving deep rest, emotional release, gentle movement, quiet reflection, or a sense of connection, Kind Resonance offers soothing practices that support your wellbeing on every level — mind, body and spirit. From immersive sound journeys and grounding yoga to mindful meditations and seasonal workshops, each session is an invitation to restore balance and come back home to yourself.
