Epilepsy or seizure disorders (Sound vibrations may, in rare cases, trigger seizures.) Severe mental health conditions Such as schizophrenia, active psychosis, or dissociative disorders. First trimester of pregnancy (Though often safe, caution is advised early in pregnancy.) Pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other implanted medical devices Vibrational instruments can occasionally interfere with devices.
